Making Yogurt & Yogurt Cheese

A must-see video by Valerie, the friendly Canadian Foodie and Thermomix consultant in Edmonton, Alberta.

Valerie does a great job in sharing some much needed information about making yogurt using Thermomix with help of the specialty Thermoserver. The Thermoserver is a double-walled stainless steel bowl with temperature retention properties. It is a very practical kitchen tool that keeps large quantities hot or cold for extended periods. Perfect to use when incubating yogurt.

Here you also learn how to easily make yogurt cheese from your home-made yogurt.  Don’t miss part two of this video which shows Valerie’s recipe for  Marinated Yogurt Cheese Balls. So incredibly easy and impressivie. Thanks Valerie!

Wow! I don’t actually like Yoghurt myself so I haven’t tried this yet… but it looks so easy I might just have to give it a try :-) Just another fabulous thing the Thermomix does!
