What makes this video worth watching?

  • Great questions from Louise D’Allura but it’s Quirky Jo’s vast expertise with the Thermomix that makes this video a golden nugget for new Thermomix owners everywhere.
  • A good range of topics relevant to new Thermomix owners is covered in a short time: tips about timing, using the varoma, adapting recipes, seasoning recipes and more! Jo is not afraid to tell it like it is and teasingly reminds us that if our meal doesn’t taste as desired… “that’s not the Thermomix’s fault!”
  • Quirky Jo is a ‘power user’ of the Thermomix and ‘power sharer’ of healthier Thermomix recipes. With a large family and many Thermomix demonstrations in her career as a consultant she is an expert at making nutritious allergy-friendly family recipes with the super kitchen machine. She has a huge facebook following and is preparing her first Thermomix recipe cookbook. If you don’t already know Quirky Jo, you can read more here, or visit her on the Quirky Cooking blog.
  • In a hurry? There is a thorough and very helpful recap of the interview’s main tips on Louise D’Allura’s blog.

I really enjoyed that video and I’m not a newbie!
I really agree with her on the Varoma issue. It gets used a lot at home and I feel sad for people who never use it.
