Chicken Chorizo Stew by MasterChef AU’s Julie Goodwin

Thermomix Australia demonstrates yet again why it is a driving force for popularizing the super kitchen machine with English-speaking cooks around the world.

Thermomix ambassador Julie Goodwin

Good news
A recent announcement informed us that none other than Julie Goodwin was now on board as the newest ambassador for the brand in Australia. How perfect is this?! Goodwin made a name for herself in 2009 as the first winner of MasterChef Australia. She won the hearts of that nation’s massive viewing audience and continues to develop a multi-media culinary career to inspire home cooks — including those who use Thermomix.

Why recommend this video?

  • It’s easy to cook along with Julie because all ingredients, measures and times are clearly mentioned in this Thermomix recipe video. And it’s a super way for beginning Thermomix owners to try something new.
  • The yummy recipe is somewhat of a classic — inspired by our Thermomixing friends in Spain. It’s a hearty, flavourful family meal that is sure to please.
  • This Thermomix recipe developed by Julie makes good use of the REVERSE action of the Thermomix. This is one important function that is not always fully appreciated. It’s great to see REVERSE being so well used in this recipe.

This is yet another great video that you shared with us Helene. Julie is a fantastic ambassador for Thermomix and she explains all the steps of the recipe very well. I love her catch phrase: with Thermomix, you can set and forget!
