Chef’s Almond Milk Rice Pudding with Rhubarb & Rose

Matt Stone Thermomix Almond Milk Rice Pudding Thermomix Australia recently began producing clear instructional videos that do more than simply promote the machine.  It’s great to see basic techniques demonstrated for new Thermomix owners but this one goes a step or two further.

The recipe by Thermomix Ambassador Chef Matt Stone from The Greenhouse in Perth uses Thermomix Almond Milk to make a Rice Pudding with Rhubarb and Rose. It’s a simple concept elevated by the addition of fresh floral notes in the garnish. For those of us who are not keen on overly sweet recipes, this one looks like a winner. Chef Stone demonstrates the recipe by way of introducing the conceptsof making almond milk and cooking rice pudding in the Thermomix.
