I remember reading an interview to Richard Blais where they asked him something like what would he do with some amount of money (maybe the prize from winning Top Chef All Stars?) and the first thing he said was “buy another Thermomix”. He also mentioned that it was sold to “hoseholds” in Europe and sounded a bit jealous (he’s from the US)

Ok, I didn’t say it but I’m dying to find the time to watch every single one of these.

Glad you are going to have fun with these Mara. This is the short list… you should have seen the long list! Some of the restaurants I checked are known to have Thermomix in them, but didn’t show up on the videos. I guess they keep them stored away unless in use, or maybe in another room or whatever. I had a LOT of fun making this list, and will add to it as I find more. (Already today I added one more.)

I started out just looking for the Thermomixes, but then got caught up in all the other ‘goings-on’ in the kitchen. Really fun and fascinating to watch the creative development, the science, the plating, the custom tableware, the ingredients… everything!
