video: Tenina’s Naan Bread for Thermomix recipe

Thermomix video recipe Naan bread by Tenina

Hurray, a fresh video recipe by Thermomixtress extraordinaire and best-selling cookbook author Tenina! This time Thermomix fans around the world can learn Tenina’s easy method for making Naan bread with Thermomix. For those of us who can’t attend Tenina’s cooking classes in person, this is the next best thing and I for one, am thankful to Tenina and her publisher (Hub and Spoke) for producing these bonus recipe videos. (More please!)

Tenina has a deep understanding of the workings of Thermomix and how to use the super kitchen machine to its best advantage. The Thermomix cooking tips that are sprinkled through her cookbooks and videos are useful to new Thermomix owners and long time users alike. (Can you guess which tip is my favourite in this video?)

Watch and listen and then do it all again. These videos are designed for busy people — they don’t waste our time with unnecessary chit-chat. Snappy and to-the-point is a welcome no-nonsense approach in today’s fast-paced kitchens. Remember that the beauty of video lessons is that these can be paused and reviewed as needed. If you think the recipe ingredients and directions fly by too quickly, just hit pause — yup, it’s that easy!
