Thanks Helene for sharing this video. I have made my own chocolate before but this is a much healthier way of doing it. I love the different flavourings that she uses and her topping ideas. I will have to try it for next Christmas!

Hi Nora — I know what you mean! I was ready to start making some on the spot too! She inspired me with all those creative concoctions and it’s all sooooo easy to do of course. Thank goodness we have Christmas as a legit excuse for making all these choc TMX treats ;-)

Hi Chrissy — Most cooking supply stores have these and if you don’t have such a store in your area, you can easily order from Pete’s of Kensingtonor look at this huge selection from Amazon!

For those who don’t live in Australia, what are the ingredients of the cocoa wafers? I think that Cyndy mentions in the video that they contain coco butter? it would be great to find an alternative to that product. Cannot wait to make my own chocolate!

Hi Marian; Where I live (Canada) these are sometimes called “callets” or “buttons” are are commonly available in chocolate shops, specialty shops, or even some grocery stores. Not sure where you live but it you phone a local cake decorating store they can likely point you in the right direction. Hope this helps;-)
