Chef Laurent’s Easy Lemon Tarts

Australia’s Thermomixing Chef Laurent demonstrates why the TM31 is his appliance of choice in the kitchen. This well-executed video shows how quickly and easily we can make delicious, natural Lemon Tarts.

What makes this video worth watching?
- Production quality is excellent.
- This professional chef loves his Thermomix and tells us why.
- Chef Laurent mentions one of the many small reasons Thermomix is such a pleasure to use: ease of pouring from the jug. This seemingly small point is often overlooked, but when using the Thermomix often and/or repeatedly we come to really appreciate how easy it is to ’serve’ directly from the bowl. So many kitchen tools are designed for mass-marketing and fashionable appeal — where the ergonomics of cooking not even considered. Thermomix is a high quality design that takes all aspects of cooking into consideration… right up to serving that last drop of custard from the bowl. Thanks to Chef Laurent for drawing attention to this not-so-small aspect of Thermomix design and functionality.
