A Canadian Foodie takes Thermomix-made yogurt cheese to the next level!

Thanks to Thermomix Consultant Valerie in Edmonton, we learned how to make Yogurt and Yogurt Cheese by Thermomix in part one. Now this Canadian Foodie shares her technique for making marinated yogurt cheese balls from this same yogurt prepared the day before.

Valerie, thank you so much for the fantastic videos. I’d love to come and be your camera person, but I’m a bit too far away!!

Thanks for your kind comments about Valerie’s recipe. (see more from Valerie on her blog!) I enjoyed ‘hearing’ the enthusiasm in your note, because I think we all feel the same way when first making yogurt with Thermomix. Once we make yogurt with Thermomix for the first time, we begin to see all the more possibilities available to us with this super kitchen machine. I hope you will try the mascarpone and paneer too Theresa — it’s somewhat mind-blowing to realize how easy it is to make fresh cheese at home!
