Spicy Corn Cream

These enticing short english-language video recipes are very well done and well worth watching, but for legal reasons, they open up in a new window. Enjoy!
What this video doesn’t show is:
- The swift clean-up time. Just a few seconds of speedy whizzing with soap and water in the Thermomix bowl (set on speed 8 ) – and voila – you’re clean and ready to make sorbet! See how Thermomix washes itself >
- Recipe measurements for Thermomix are usually metric. Of course you can adapt your own recipes, as shown in this video, but the machine actually weighs in grams, and liquids are added by weight or milliliters – (instructions on this video seem to indicate otherwise). Still, the video clearly demonstrates the one-pot easy cooking functionality that Thermomix users so appreciate.
