    Do you enjoy bread making in the thermomix Helene? I can be found about once a week in the kitchen doing our bread. I love it.

    Oh yes Cookie1, I have to say that I did not bake bread before Thermomix entered my life but now I do it all the time. It’s easy, and the best part is that you don’t lose ‘touch’ with your dough. Only the hard work is removed, while the pleasure of hands-on cooking is retained. I’m so glad you agree that Thermomix is such a SUPER machine to have in the kitchen ;-)

    please help me I have just bought thermomix and I am from ireland , so not alot of users. I have tried the bread rolls but failed miserably too stodgy i would love to be able to make light airy bread . is it all to do with the flour, please help!!!

    Hi Margaret — great that you are forging ahead with making bread in your new Thermomix. Sorry to hear about your difficulties though :-( There are many factors that can affect the outcome of your bread and there is some super discussion about this already >> read a most helpful thread on the forum here. Note that there are many more discussions about bread making on that fabulous forum, and I urge you to become a member there, as it is the BEST of all Thermomix resources for those needing immediate help. Hang in there, you WILL have success!
